Lahore, Pakistan: Under the leadership of CEO Ms. Faiza Kashif, the teachers and students of the German Language Program, along with heads of various departments of Lingua Spark Institute & Consultancy (LSIC), held an important, insightful, and encouraging meeting with the Force Commander of the Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) Punjab, Brigadier Sikandar Hayat Chaudhry (Sitara-e-Imtiaz).
On this occasion, special congratulations were extended to Brigadier Sikandar Hayat Chaudhry on being awarded the Sitara-e-Imtiaz in recognition of his outstanding and commendable services.
During the meeting, Brigadier Sikandar Hayat highlighted the crucial role of youth in protecting society from the menace of drug abuse. He emphasized the need for effective awareness campaigns at educational institutions, community levels, cities, and provincial platforms, stating that only joint efforts of educational institutions, media organizations, social welfare bodies, and national institutions can safeguard future generations from the harmful effects of narcotics.
The meeting was attended by Tehseen Al Qadri (Managing Editor); Kinza Waheed (Sub-Editor), Youth International Magazine; Faisal Hameed (Manager Director), Sundas Foundation; Tehreem Saeed gold medalist, political scientist, politician, speaker, social activist, and a representative from the University of Management and Technology (UMT).
Participants engaged in an in-depth discussion on the rising issue of drug abuse among youth, effective prevention strategies, and the importance of awareness campaigns in building a healthy, skilled, and responsible society.
Speaking on the occasion, CEO Ms. Faiza Kashif said:
